13:40-14:30  Cell Based Hybridoma Screening for Therapeutic Antibody Discovery

This talk will be based on an internal case study project in his company and share with colleagues in academia or industry our experiences with cell based hybridoma screening.

14:30-15:20  A De Novo Antibody Fab Library Using Phage pIX Display

Conventional phagemid display uses pIII protein as fusion partner and has been proven to be a very useful tool for antibody discovery. The current talk will discuss the design, construction, and validation of a synthetic antibody Fab library based on phage pIX display.
